This kit allows you to delete the Catalyst from any vessel with a Rotax engine.
With this kit, you can eliminate the catalyst and relocate the O2 Sensors.
This kit is pretty much Plug and Play. **NO MODIFICATION TO ECU OR WIRING HARNESS**
There are only 2 things that you will need to “figure out” depending on the configuration on your boat are the cooling lines and exhaust hoses.
PLEASE NOTE, THAT YOU NEED ONE KIT PER ENGINE.

Catalyst Delete Kit for the Rotax 1503 / 1630 Engine.
Tired of getting errors on your boat? Getting stuck in Limp mode?
This kit allows you to Remove the Catalyst from your Seadoo / Rotax engine.
Using our own designed parts, as well as OEM parts, you can eliminate the catalyst and relocate the O2 Sensors.
This system works on any Rotax powered vessel with Catalyst… Scarab, Chaparral Vortex, Seadoo Switch, Williams Tender, ABJet Tender … etc..
Our Kit includes a PWC Style Waterbox, along with our custom MotoMarine Exhaust Plate with dual O2 Sensor ports which allows you to relocate the O2 Sensors, and have them continue to function without causing fault codes.
Please note this can be installed as a DIY, but we recommend the installer to have knowledge of Rotax exhaust systems and understand all of the cooling water lines and exhaust lines.
COOLING LINES will require rerouting depending on your specific boats configuration. This is very simple since it would be configuring the cooling as any 2000-2017 Seadoo PWC. Any competent mechanic with Rotax engine experience can easily do this.
EXHAUST LINES will require rerouting depending on your specific boats configuration. In some boats it will be very straight forward, in other boats you may need to cut exhaust hoses and join them with couplers or elbows in order to reroute the exhaust to the thru hull fitting. We will be more than happy to assist you as much as possible over the phone, but due to the fact that every boat is different, the exhaust rerouting is the customers responsibility.
