WHAT YOU’LL LOVE
TOWERING PERFORMANCE
Robust M3 speakers are ideal for wakeboard towers or other tubular structures — or they can be flat mounted to decks and other surfaces to deliver superb sound quality with strong projected output.
DMA-OPTIMIZED WOOFERS
Proprietary motor, suspension and cone modeling systems are employed, resulting in reduced distortion, improved transient performance and stellar bass sound quality.
PURE SILK TWEETERS
The treated silk dome design is chosen for its lightness, damping properties and smooth response characteristics to deliver superior output capability with crystal-clear, high-frequency detail.
INTEGRATED TWEETER FILTERS
Each speaker includes a built-in second-order, high-pass tweeter filter with a solid-state protection circuit to minimize the possibility of tweeter failure.
POWER VERSATILITY
Designed to benefit from operation with quality amplification, M3 marine speakers are also suitable for use with standard marine head-unit power from products such as the MediaMaster® 55 or Fusion® MS-RA210.
REAL MARINE DUTY
For long-term use, all models are built to withstand saltwater marine environments and deliver years of listening enjoyment.

The enclosure recommendations listed above are external dimensions which assume the use of 0.75″ (19 mm) thick material. If you are using 0.625″ (16 mm) thick material, subtract 0.25″ (6.5 mm) from each dimension. Do not use any material with a thickness of less than 0.625″ (16 mm) as this may compromise the rigidity of the enclosure. All enclosure volumes listed above are net internal volumes! Driver displacement, port displacement and brace displacement must be added to obtain the final gross internal volume. All enclosure dimensions above have already taken this into account. When using multiples in a common enclosure you will need to recalculate the enclosure and port dimensions. For assistance please contact your authorized JL Audio dealer or JL Audio Technical Support. We recommend the use of this in a bi-amplified system using high-quality satellites and a high-quality amplifier. We do not recommend the use of this with a passive crossover (coil), as this type of device will adversely affect performance. |
